Stand Up Paddle (SUP)
We will be using a combination of the following tools to improve and strengthen Paddling Strength, Leg Strength, Endurance, Balance, Core Strength, Paddling stance, Surf stance, Dropping in, Tube-riding, Cutting-back, Off the Tops etc… : RipFx, Jumpropes, TRX, Foam Rollers, Bosu Balls, Swiss Balls, Battling Ropes, Bodyblade, Medicine balls, and Kettlebells. We will be doing a combination of exercises alternating between aerobic exercises and Core/Balance/Plyometric exercises to make you a better SUPer as well as get you in amazing shape guaranteed.
My Snowboarding program is great to make you a better snowboarder, help keep you injury free and/or rehab you. The program will focus on leg strengthening and endurance, rail to rail carving, aerials, landings and ankle, knee and hip flexibility and strengthening. We will use the following tools or any combination thereof to achieve these goals: Jumprope, Swissball, Bosu Balls, Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Foam Rollers, TRX, RIP FX, Bodyblade, Trampoline, Medicine Balls, and Rotating Discs. We will be doing a combination of aerobic and balancing/core/plyometric exercises to get you in the kind of shape you want to be in. I can guarantee results if you can follow the program.
