Snowboard Training

My Snowboarding program is great to make you a better snowboarder, help keep you injury free and/or rehab you.The program will focus on leg strengthening and endurance, rail to rail carving, aerials, landings and ankle, knee and hip flexibility and strengthening. We will use the following tools or any combination thereof to achieve these goals: Jumprope, Swissball, Bosu Balls, Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, Foam Rollers, TRX, RIP FX, Bodyblade, Trampoline, Medicine Balls, and Rotating Discs.
